    Great little machine…but needs some improvements

    How well it picks dirt of hard polished floor. I usually steam clean and when I first used it I did a pass over with the crosswave and was stunned at how much more dirt there was left by the steam clean.

    Works Great for small areas.

    Improvements:

    Would be great if it had an option to also use as corded. It always runs out of battery before I finish big areas.

    It seems to leak a bit of the dirty water as it passes over the floor and gets collected and pools after Passover near my feet. Would be good if it also sucked while returning to feet.

    Does a great job

    We are very happy with the cross wave cordless floor cleaner. Despite having recently cleaned our wooden floor, a clean with the Cross Wave showed how much dirt had been missed. Very effective on tiles too. Only a couple of minor gripes. The handle release sounds like you break it with the loud click. This could be improved. There is a tendency for the rollers to leave streaks but we are experimenting with reduced amounts of cleaning liquid.

    Time and labour saver

    We have a large area of tiled floor and a mastiff who sheds. The Bissell is the bees knees because the vacuuming and mopping can be completed simultaneously.

    Love! Love! Love!!!

    I bought this machine as I was hating th fact that every time I mopped I would see streaks and also the after I was using was disgusting after one use.

    The fact that I can vaccum and mop at the same time is awesome!

    I thought the machine noise would be louder.

    Very very impressed! My floors have never cleaner and the house smells so clean now.
